If you don't know me, my name is Madi, and I'm the User Experience Researcher at Evertrue, working on the Thankview Product. 

At some point, you may have received an email from me, from Katie from the Enablement Team, a CSM reached out, or an Intercom popup with a survey asking you about the audiences you send Thankviews too and which campaign types you use the most. Additionally, there was a section to leave feedback. Since we did not require anyone to provide their email address, we couldn't follow up directly. Thus, that is the point of this message. We see and hear your feedback, and I wanted to relay that back to you.
